This pioneering initiative supports schools, organisations and wider communities to provide safe spaces for LGBTQ staff, volunteers, young people and their families.
Job Description
Right now, we’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage these commissioned services, ensuring their high-quality delivery and driving their growth across the UK. It’s a key role that will see you lead a team to provide bespoke training and interventions, identify and develop new commission opportunities, raise awareness of the services and constantly promote the positive impact of our work. We’ll also look to you to champion new and innovative ideas that improve outcomes for LGBTQ children, young people and families.
Requirements: A proven team leader with sound experience of business development and marketing, you should bring a strong track record of developing and delivering bespoke training packages to schools and other organisations. A good understanding of the impact of faith and culture on LGBTQ young people, adults and families is also important, along with first-rate communication, presentation and networking skills, a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel nationally.
