FREE CSE Seminar delivered by Basis and The BLAST Project

Lessons Learned from a child friendly approach to addressing CSE Monday 24th April 10am – 1pm Central Leeds

Together, Basis and the BLAST Project have over 30 years experience of supporting sexually exploited young people, and we have once again come together to deliver this FREE event for professionals.

We will be sharing our experience of supporting women who have historically experienced sexual exploitation. Based on real life case studies we will also feature – Basis YP: Supporting a young woman with learning disabilities at risk of CSE as she transitions into adulthood.

BLAST Project: a young boy groomed and sexually exploited – now no longer at risk   – A father speaking about his son being sexually exploited – the difference made by a YP friendly approach.

Basis Historic CSE – how a historical experience of CSE affects life in adulthood   Costs: Free (but in the event of cancellation with less than 3 days notice, £5 will be charged in admin fees)
